Shipping delays
Please note that due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer shipping and delivery times than usual. But rest assured, we will have your package to you as soon as possible! If this presents any problems for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (*This may change as the worldwide COVID-19 situation progresses.)


Ship to all countries
We ship US orders via our warehouse in America, and the other countries' orders via our warehouse in China.
*Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

Shipping cost and delivery date
Economy shipping: Free Shipping, US address estimated to receive within 3-7 business days and 7 - 12 business days to countries out of US after fulfillment.
Express shipping: Flat rate USD $19.99 for all countries worldwide, estimated to receive within 1 - 7 business days after fulfillment.

Please allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) for us to fulfill and dispatch your order. Gynnx team pledge to dispatch every order immediately. For sale period, festive season, and public holidays,

Track the order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipment status link via email. You could track in 17TRACK.com.

Return Package

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to 1) Delivery attempted but the customer was not at home and not safe to leave it in the post box. 2) Shipment unclaimed from the post office after a period of time. 3) Incomplete/incorrect address information (Bad Address). Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible ;)


Handling/customs fees, duties, and taxes
Yes. There may be duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred on your shipment. These charges will be the customer's responsibility. Tax and customs charges are dependent on your country's law & regulations. Gynnx does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

We are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If required by local authorities, the postal company may reach out to you for more information such as tax ID for customs clearance.

Gynnx.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re-attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and Gynnx.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
